I’m not happy with this service I have not been notified of my parcel delivery been waiting over a month with no form of contact from fast way regarding my delivery and I still haven’t received

3 times over the last 2 days they have tried not very hard to deliver my parcel. Each time I was home and no one rang the doorbell. They just leave the card and run. I’m wondering if the driver gets paid more each time they try to deliver???

Item hasn't arrived by due date. When enquiries were made, prompted to give Credit Card Details and to be charged $5 to get an answer. Uhm....no chance of that happening.
