No phone no to find a missing parcel, so slow in delivery!! Not happy

Never have I ever waited so long for a parcel . No up dates on tracking systems

Ever since you changed to Aramex your service has been so poor and disappointing I’ve waited longer than necessary for parcels to arrive and when I complain online I only get a reply saying it’s on its way. Do better.

Waiting in 3 parcels From Sydney to be delivered by Fastway. One they had at sortation facility on 26/8/21 2nd on 27/8/21 and 3rd was 4/9 . Not good enough when items ordered after 26/8/21 and sent from Tewantin in Queensland were delivered in 4 days.

Received email telling me my parcel has been delivered. Have not seen it and it has not turned up !!!!

Very slow service

It has taken 3 weeks for a package to get from Melbourne to Sydney. And it's been sitting in Sydney sorting area for over a week. This is not good enough. Mite as well be called Slow-ways. Not happy.

its way take weeks still not received, very slow tracking said 24th with driver but almost 11 day to delivery in sydney. I am not in jungle

This company are the biggest bunch of incompetent idiots I’ve ever had to deal with, DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THE COMPANY YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR PARCEL!!!!!!)
