  • I purchased masks from a business just 30 mins away from me …. on the 19th August. Still hasn’t arrived. I submitted the tracking number on the Fastway website. Nothing happens, doesn’t update. Seller says wait a few more days. This is the 2nd time for a delivery via Fastway. Not impressed. The previous delivery didn’t happen as they refused to come in the gate, parcel returned to seller. Did I say I’m not impressed?

  • Waiting for my parcel tracking says it was picked up in Melbourne at 7.03am on the 18/8/21 and arrived in Sydney at 1.23pm on the same day well that must be the fastest that this company moves as it takes 8 hours to do a Melbourne to Sydney trip but now where’s my parcel? Apparently still in Sydney about 1 hour away from me. This was a birthday present maybe I can give it to them next year.. if it turns up. I tried to give no stars but I have to give 1 consider it as a minus 1

  • TERRIBLE SERVICE. Have you ever not had a mattress for two weeks? Yeah, I have.. and it's directly because of Fastway. They picked up my parcel and left it on that stays for two weeks. Normally literally any other courier service would have had it delivered within a few days. They couldn't even tell me what was going on, ignored. If I find out someone I purchase from uses Fastway, I won't purchase from them.

  • In the 5 years I have been receiving consignments through this service, only 1 one has been without issue and delay. The last one, we were not even notified that the parcel had been taken to the Bathurst collection point. It was about to be returned to the vendor and it was only dumb luck that I was into the shop.

  • Waiting and waiting, no joy. Ordered a medical device for my illness and follow up surgery. They haven't a clue about service for their customers. If service was their mantra then the delivery would be on time and then the customers would rate their service as satisfactory, but their service is atrocious and needs review as to them being a delivery agent. If I could rate them a "zero " I would.
