Never deliver on time should change your company name to snail delivery service

Not deliver on time but no exhalation.

Don't even bother if you are in WA wouldn't even give them half a star

Over two weeks and it's not arrived. Incompetent

Very little communication and tracking information available. My parcel is 2 days late and no contact has been made for almost 2 weeks since I placed the order.

Hopefully they have improved

been waiting nearly 3 weeks for my parcel to leave sydney

My parcel is 10 days past the delivery date. The only information says its been received in Sydney. Im in Perth. This is NOT Good enough. I ordered it a month ago. I get the covid thing. But come on. This is a Joke!! At least give some information.

Your postage is way too slow you currently have a package that has been in your sorting facility for three weeks this is not acceptable even in a pandemic I can’t even give you a star rating because this is not the first parcel I have waited and waited and waited for many parcels you need to pull your thumb out and get the parcels delivered in a reasonable time

My parcel was pick up on the 20/8 in Mel. The update on tracking still show transit in Melbourne on the 24/8......that’s it. Now it’s 01/9.. still o update

Shocking how can a business be run like this and still keep going not one good review ive been waiting 20 days and i cant find out a thing from these people

The name "fastway" doesn't match with their service.

They need to change their name To NoWay Can We Deliver a FastWay 0/10

I purchased masks from a business just 30 mins away from me …. on the 19th August. Still hasn’t arrived. I submitted the tracking number on the Fastway website. Nothing happens, doesn’t update. Seller says wait a few more days. This is the 2nd time for a delivery via Fastway. Not impressed. The previous delivery didn’t happen as they refused to come in the gate, parcel returned to seller. Did I say I’m not impressed?
