Unbelievable! Slowestway would better describe it

Always weeks late, no updates. Australia's Slowest couriers! Should be out of business. EVERY. SINGLE. DELIVERY. IS. LATE. AND. NEVER. UPDATED!!!!

Extremely slow with deliveries and online customer service does not respond.

Been waiting on a small package from Perth since 6/8/21. Unless no other choice, I will avoid purchasing from sellers who use Fastway in the future. Rating 0 ⭐️

The tracking show as "in transit" from Bri to Hbt since 18th but today already 26th.......poor service

Take more than double the amount of time of any other courier. To slow plus tracking is never up to date.

Over two weeks for delivery. No correspondence. My rating 0/10.

If I could leave a zero rating I would, been waiting over a week for a small parcel from Melbourne. This is not the first time and I am astounded that these people are still allowed to operate. I wish businesses would look at these reviews when looking for couriers because I will not buy from another company that uses these clowns.

Should close up, as an essential business how can they be so slack at what they are paid for?

Covid does not stop "essential" workers from working but fastways seems to use this as their excuse for being lazy and slacking on their own services. If you can't provide the "essential service" that is your companies bread and butter, than maybe you should close your doors and leave it to professionals.

drivers don't know anything about delivery and put wrong notes in their application to update the company.

Package picked upon Tuesday in Melbourne. Tracking showed no movement since. By the weekend no updates at all. We need a company run by logistics professionals. Do not use these amateurs because they leave you in the dark for many days.

Never receive notice updates for when packages are being delivered and most of the time packages are left at front door without doorbell being rung/knock on door…have had parcels go missing on a few occasions when this has happened.

What's the point of a tracking system if you don't use it. My urgent car parts have been showing the sane scan for a week.
