Take more than double the amount of time of any other courier. To slow plus tracking is never up to date.

If I could leave a zero rating I would, been waiting over a week for a small parcel from Melbourne. This is not the first time and I am astounded that these people are still allowed to operate. I wish businesses would look at these reviews when looking for couriers because I will not buy from another company that uses these clowns.

Covid does not stop "essential" workers from working but fastways seems to use this as their excuse for being lazy and slacking on their own services. If you can't provide the "essential service" that is your companies bread and butter, than maybe you should close your doors and leave it to professionals.

Package picked upon Tuesday in Melbourne. Tracking showed no movement since. By the weekend no updates at all. We need a company run by logistics professionals. Do not use these amateurs because they leave you in the dark for many days.
