Constantly stalling and giving excuses as to why my packages get held up. Just be honest you lot.

Fastway have lost 3 different parcels of mine sent by ebay over the last few years

My items been pick up on Wednesday the 10th from wethrill Park and I am just 5 minutes away today was Monday 16th where is my items What the

Parcel was picked up by fastway courier and after collection they realised that they don't service NT. Tried to contact them and left message to get back to me. Tried their online chat still no luck, very useless courier with no responsibility.

Lowest Courier in Australia. Always the same SLOW! Have my parcel in Sydney since 5th, delivery van driver scanned it into his van on the 11th, it is now the 16th. WTF !!!

Terrible been waiting over a week for a parcel

SLOWaway.... item had been sitting in Sydney sorting facility since August 6th. Its 6pm August 16. NOT GOOD ENUF. Where are my parcels

16 days after arriving at Sydney depot, it's still there, on its way to WA. Simply abysmal service. Even Australia Post is quicker and more reliable.

Bought same two items from different suppliers both in melb on same day. 1 sent by austpost, arrived in Adelaide to customer today. The other with fastaway which still hasn't left Melbourne. Never use fastaway.

Slow delivery should be their new name ... Fastway couldn’t be further from the truth !

picked up at 8.28 am 0n 11 aug still waiting at 4.30 pm on 13 aug .

Parcel pick up in Brisbane 28/07/21 going to Perth now 13/08/21. tracking says that its in transit. 17 Day later still hasn't reached Perth. The slowest delivery system in the world I get thing quicker from China and there slow.

Hopeless. My package has been sitting in Sydney for the past 2 weeks. Fastway have not responded to the sender. Worst Courier in Australia.
