  • Parcel pick up in Brisbane 28/07/21 going to Perth now 13/08/21. tracking says that its in transit. 17 Day later still hasn't reached Perth. The slowest delivery system in the world I get thing quicker from China and there slow.

  • Aramex or Fastway (as they are called) is the worst, the worst, the worst definitely the worst company, in Australia for shipping. I live in Doubleview in Western Australia and have always had problems with delivery from this company. Not only me, (than many other people ) are not satisfied and are very indignant with this company. From Sydney (main depot) to Perth, the shipment travels from 8 to 21 and more days. You can call them on the phone in Perth, Welshpool, Western Australia, but you will wait for hours and hours and no one will answer. As for their delivery and the courier delivering to Doubleview 6018 (Stirling, WA), it’s a special story. Today, August 10, 2021, I received a message on my mobile phone at 11.34 AM, that my shipment will be delivered to me today with my signature. I waited from receiving the message at 11.34 AM to 6.00 PM and no one delivered the shipment to me. Today I could be at home and wait, and what will happen tomorrow and the next few days when I can't be home and wait for their problematic delivery man? This is not the first time this procedure has been done by Aramex or Fastway and I am not the only one with this problem. What are your managers doing to solve these and similar problems for your customers? Your delivery man did not deliver the parcel, but probably he will report that he had not found anyone at home.This company doesn't care about their customers. Definitely a terrible company !!!!!

  • My parcel was due 2nd August, last tracking was Sydney 27/7. No delivery and no response. Contacted eBay seller who advised to wait a few more days. Trouble every single time with this company. Never will order anything again to be delivered by this company ?

  • So slow tracking never updates been parcel was scanned in Sydne on the 27th July still not here I'm in Newcatle.Contacted customer service generated reply totally unsatisfied.Will be contacting sender with a complaint about this courier.
