According to your tracking, parcel has been “getting ready to ship” for a week now. I’m in the same city, should take 3 days max from pick up to delivery.

Terrible service absolutely terrible don’t use this courier

Never seems to use their own tracking system.

They must. Be taking my parcel on an around Australia voyage between Sydney and Perth since it has taken more than 2 weeks and still not arrived

Takes too long my parcel almost 1 month now still not delever the goods just in sydney

7 business days and still not delivered from Melbourne. I Ordered something else from Melbourne and had it in 2business days from a different courier company., his is not the first time Fastway have been so slow.

My parcel arrived in Melbourne Australia on 26/07/2021, it left Melbourne for Adelaide on 29/07/2021; Melbourne is only 8 hours drive from Adelaide but here it is 04/08/2021 and it still hasn't even been scanned in to the Adelaide depot? Where is my parcel?

No wonder they changed their name. Fast they are not. Hadn't even left the depot after a full week.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever seen.still waiting for a parcel that was sent on the 22nd July and should have arrived 30th July. Where is it !!!!!!!!!!

My parcel was picked up on the 12/7 it is now 3/8 and still waiting for my parcel. The company doesn’t seems too care about customer service. I ordered two things at the same time 1 I got within a week. If I have a choice of courier I wouldn’t choice fastway Rate -10

I have been waiting 3 weeks for my package when it was only meant to be a week don’t even live that far it’s coming from Melbourne and I’m in Adelaide this is not on
