Can’t track once parcel has been picked up it’s a week and still no update it’s a joke

Spare part for car is sitting in sort centre Sydney for 4 days now still awaiting despatch to local warehouse for delivery.only took two days to get to Syd from Melbourne..what a joke !!!!

If I could rate this company minus stars I would!! They couldn't care less about the customers and their goods!! Slowest service imaginable!! Couldn't be any more unhappy!! How they are still in business amazes me!! NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!

Tracking seems non existent.. hasn’t changed in 4 days

My order is 3 weeks late and still waiting

Couldn’t deliver as their mentioned time. They updated a new date and time. no show for the updated time either. This time, they didn’t update for the revised time. Still waiting……

Parcel picked up in Sydney 21/7/2021(MS0002706816) 30/7/ 2021 still at depot in Sydney. Due for delivery in Melbourne 3/8/2021. I could have walked from Sydney to Melbourne in that time. You have the audacity to call your business Fastway.????

Product sellers take note! … I won’t buy your products if you use then Fastway to deliver them to me!

Everything about you is slow and rubbish. You don't answer phone. Your operators are slow, ah let me put you on hold I have no idea what the **** I am talking about I need to check. Your service is the worst in Australia, even Australia Post is embarrassed by you. How the **** is my item still sitting at your Sydney Depot its been 3 days. Online chat still waiting for an agent, I know because everything in your service is rubbish that you may not know waiting 14 minutes so far, is an agent will be with you shortly. You have no excuse, you are the cancer of the already rubbish courier groups in Australia. Everyone in your company should step down today and start from the ground up.

Very slow poor service

Always great service and very fast delivery no matter where it is in Australia

Fastway or Armex is by far the longest courier company I always try to avoid getting anything delivered if its fastway sorry guys its just too long
