I only gave it one star so I could comment on the appalling service over several vendors Spell and the Gypsy has a choice of Fastway or Australia Post. I always choose Australia Post because I really don’t appreciate repeatedly waiting 2 wweeks for delivery. But hey it’s happening again on an eBay purchase, and I’ve alread given them negative feedback for this without discussing it with them...if they’re so stupid as to choose this (lack of) service they had it coming

Getting something delivered in Australia is bad but Fastway has to be the most disorganised courier I’ve dealt with. 2 weeks since I ordered and my parcel still in Brisbane

No good in rural areas . Post comes to mailbox but courier requires 14K round trip to local shop . Except drivers not taught to drop at shop so return interstate !

I purchased a welder from Ozsales and it was supposedly picked up on the 2nd of June After many enquireries it was deemed as lost A replacement was then picked up and I was advised that it was in Melbourne and on its way on the 28th of June My last enquiry was replied " it can take up to 11 days to reach post code 6728" This had already been 12 days and it is now 21 days and there still is no hint that it might be here soon Changing the name from Fastaway should have been more appropriately named " slowerway or pherhaps snailaway but I would prefer noway Is it possible for someone to look into this I guess everyone is far to busy feeding the snails

Never on time ,there logistics team can't update there database they are slow and unreliable what a great company and they even charge U excessive prices

Parcel arrived in Perth from Melbourne - tracking not updated - next thing when I check tracking parcel is on its way back to Melbourne. I was home the whole time under lockdown - no contact - no card to say they called. Claimed it was addressed wrongly. Address was correct. Then wanted to charge me for the re-delivery!! Anyway - resent from Melbourne a week ago - waiting now to see what happens. Appalling service. Shouldn’t even get a one star rating but system won’t allow closure without it. Not sure it means much to them anyway as they don’t seem to have taken notice of all the other poor reviews…. Review #2 to follow
