Very slow, however they call themselves Fastway hahahahs

Cannot track parcel and late delivery as usual

Bloody horrible. The forced signatures with no option to leave at front door (which is very safe for me) and of course the parcel also goes to a random collection point instead of the post office and then asks me to wait the next business day (IT’S FRIDAY) to know where the bloody thing is. Ridiculous.. I just want my bloody parcel I have already paid for that is already a week late.

Very very bad service . Still waiting to item to be delivered. No one answer my email. Now i have been ask to pay $5 to have someone chatting with me. Is it a joke

It doesn’t help to say something has been picked up. People want to know expected delivery dates.

My parcel was smashed to 1000 little pieces. It was thick glass in bubble wrap. What the he'll do you do to parcels? Not just broken but demolished

Parcel has been transferred to a third party..if you don't service a certain area, you have no business accepting parcels. All about money. Terrible.

Took 6 days to pick up order from Taree, disgusting service. I am still waiting for my item, it is sitting in Pt Macquarie ?

My parcel was left at my front door when they had no authority to leave as I live in a unit. I also have a ring doorbell and was home at the time and all they had to do was ring that. I didn’t find parcel till morning.
