Tracking number check never worked. Kept responding with 'check again in a few hours'. Hopeless.

Apparently my small parcel was sent from Sydney 14 June to Melb. 5 July. Still waiting. I could have walked and picked it up.

There is NOTHING FAST about fast way couriers my parcel Is 2 weeks late and waiting

How can we give a rating as you have not delivered our parcel to our address at 29 Parkvale Drive Angle Vale SA. The address is now on google map. No one contacted us to find out were we are because they couldn't find the road. So your service is rubbish

I've given this rating because they have always turned up on the date that the parcel was meant to and thay have never been late with any of my deliveries and have been happy to answer any questions I've had.

Seven days and parcel still at sortation depot, it was supposed to be delivered today but still not left facility.sloway it fastway

Package still being processed since 24/06. Tomorrow’s 01/07. Always the same when Fastway is involved.

Fast should not be used in the name of this business

Woefully slow service. I have waited on multiple deliveries make there way from OS in a few days, clear customs and then languish for weeks with Fastway, and the depot is only about 10km from me.

Name should be slow way couriers

This must be the worst delivery company ever. Normal post would be quicker what are they using bicycles, they cant even keep information up to date last information was the 17th I would not recomend this company, not worth 1 star

By far the worse courier company in Australia.

Percel is being processed in Sydney airport for 3 days!

Terrible terrible courier service, Waiting for my parcel for so long, it's been in limbo for too long.

I give a big fat 0 because of my orders all get lost or very late. Will not let me rate with a BIG FAT 0
