Never arrive on time if at all rubbish

Very bad service Never ever ring the bell and never leave the card Customer need to chase up themself.

I ordered an iPad from Big W from Sydney to Perth on the 18th. It’s now the 27th and I’ve not gotten any new tracking details since the 20th. I don’t know why Big W chose you guys when you have a 1 star rating in Australia. Step up your game and actually try to be fast like your name portrays. Worst company to ever exist.

Two weeks my parcel is missing and not received l can’t get through to fast way,not impressed at all .the one star l only put so l could rate ,but don’t deserve that either

Takes a week to process a parcel in Sydney

I don’t know where my parcel is, it just never arrived & I cannot find out where it is. The worst courier service on planet earth.

I didn't think anyone was slower than Australia Post but Fastway (what a joke) certainly are.

worst courier I have never arrive on time dropped off at the newsagent no card left. I was home all day so the driver did not bother to deliver to my address

What is the point of tracking # If they are not up to date. Just put my tracking, # in and it only shows me 3 day's old information grrrr

Very very slow delivery speeds. No updates on the delivery either!!

Although the delivery time was fabulous the let down was the Lazy Driver. Tracking no 2V0001617289 We live in a retirement village. It appears he was too lazy to deliver to our door so took it to the office. Office called us to let us know. Of course we were home. Driver told the office we were NOT home. What a let down to your company. Not impressed.
