the driver dint even come out of his van to look for my address .. i saw him and before i could stop him he was gone... 0 attempt from him to make the delivery !!!

I am awaiting a parcel at present. I was not happy to see that the shipper had sent it by Fastway due to several difficulties in the past. As has been discussed by others, 5 days in the Sydney "sortation" (is that even a word?) centre is rediculous in the age of computerised logistics. I would give zero stars if possible.

Like many others here, where is my parcel?? Tracking says it's been delivered when it hasn't been and there's been no response to my message via their website or to my FB message. Awful company!

I think it should be called slow ways Not fast ways as they’re absolutely useless at delivering products I thought Australia Post was bad but these guys are worse I will never buy another email product that uses fastawys I’ll ask first.

Terrible! By far and away the worst courier service in Australia. Time and time again my parcels are late, lost, or damaged. Please, Amazon and Ebay, drop this awful company. I won't even bother mentioning how bad their customer service is, as it's basically non existent. Just awful.
