10 days and still waiting for a package from Sydney to Brisbane/Ipswich that’s way too slow

I dont know if it is the selller's fault if the item has been actually send seriously you have to change yourr fastway name to slow way courier your website is useless seller send the item on May 4 your website say still on process on your facility in sydney...

Still waiting for my package... it said that it was delivered Still waiting been home all day...

An order was sent to be delivered to me over a week ago - Really slow service , the gift that should have arrived in time now hasn’t !!! I’m really devastated and so disappointed ! How can a package be processed for over a week !

I can't believe companies still giving them contracts. They are the most untrustworthy company in courier business. The minimum delay in 1 week 99 times from 100.

Worst company in delivery industry. Never been arrived on time. Usually 1-1.5 weeks delay. So annoying.

Worst courier ever. Estimated arrival dates are a joke, as is their tracking.

Extremely slowly service

I'm guessing they deliver for companies that pretend to have Oz stock yet drop ship from China. Hence the reason it takes a week for the an item to be seen in transit.

This is an appallingly useless company for deliveries Still waiting on order made in March 2020, that was due to be delivered last august, and here it is April 2021 and parcel is still stuck somewhere in its Sydney sorting centre. (Obviously Lost) I would never use this job to deliver anything

They should not be in a courier business, from Sydney to Adelaide takes a week to arrive “ C’mon”

Parcels always late..1-2weeks slower than any other company.. and this is the same before covid came around.. a advise sellers to not use 'fastways'.. because of the fact of this

5 days sitting in Sydney. What a joke fastway are Avoid at all cost if you want something to arrive timely. This happens over and over once something is in the sydney sorting centre allow an extra week for delivery. Everything gets to sydney then sits idòl for a week before they get arround to sending it any further
