  • 5 days sitting in Sydney. What a joke fastway are Avoid at all cost if you want something to arrive timely. This happens over and over once something is in the sydney sorting centre allow an extra week for delivery. Everything gets to sydney then sits idòl for a week before they get arround to sending it any further

  • I don't think there is worse service than that provided by this joke of currier. I get hundreds of deliveries and EVERY TIME there is a problem or a delay or the need for me to drive 100km to get my parcel, EVERY TIME FASTWAY IS INVOLVED. Never happened with ANY OTHER COURIER. I'm now (unfortunately, unpleasantly, uneasily) waiting for another delivery from them. Let's see if they prove me wrong this time! After all if goes good this time 9 delays out of 10 times won't be clearly a pattern.

  • Disgusting service from fast way couriers . Extremely lazy . Communication is none .Fastway courses always say they tried to drop your parcel.or leave a card which is incorrect. They need to get there act together & deliver the panels not just sit in there van & not deliver it.

  • If I new my parcel was coming with fast way I wouldn’t of ordered it. Obviously it’s a one man one truck Australia wide pick up n delivery service which would explain the delivery times. The tracking page is an absolute joke,

  • Worst delivery company out there!!! EVEN worse than Aust Post & that's saying something! Never have I had a trouble free delivery from this company& always insist a supplier not use them but some take no notice :(

  • you were unable to deliver to 6 The Promenade, Sandstone Point, 4511 -my address for last 21 years! called 14April to give alternate address, 27 Callisia Cres 4507, nothing came. called again 16April still nothing. tracking no: U90002362138 useless

  • 19th April and still item not received. Latest online tracking dates to 30th March. There are no further tracking updates. Item is already 1 week beyond expected delivery date. What is the point of tracking when tracking appears to not be updated?

  • Never knocked or rang doorbell. Camera footage shows he threw my parcel on my doorstep and status showing parcel delivered with signature received. No signature was ever given.
