The worst courier by far. Packages arrive at the local depot and can stay there for several days until you make an enquiry.

Somewhere along the line, something must have happened because Fastway lost their spark. They used to be great up until a few years ago and now I absolutely dread when my parcels are through them. Takes far too long and ETA is ALWAYS wrong.. better late than never should be the motto.

2 weeks my item has been in Perth but it's still not been delivered to my address and fast track can't advise when I should expect to receive it

? no good … sorry …. You’ll be waiting forever for your item … their tracking system is very poor

No updates about parcel or when delivery will be. Just saying parcel has been picked up and thats it.
