they got the wrong address and delivered my package to another place

I ordered something from Minnesota, it got to Reno/Sparks in two days (super!) Then it was shipped to Sacramento and it took 4 days to get it back 100 miles!.

For the past 4 to 5 months FedEx Ground has been leaving packages at the end of my driveway next to a busy highway!! BRING THE PACKAGES TO MY DOOR!!! If this doesn't stop I will take legal action!! Sick and tired of this! My email is [email protected] Send confirmation of this complaint!!!

Poor service. The tracking system… poor. The costumer service?? Poor! . Ups is the best.

My pkg was sent FedEx and was suppose to be delivered by 12/5/2022. They didn't call me or even ask where my street was. I was told that BIG items were to be taken up to my door.I live in an apartment house and I am in my 70's disabled and have no way to get it to my apt. The FedEx guy came and unloaded my chair in the back of the apt building in the snow!!! Never again will I have¹ FedEx deliver something to me again.

They have just delivered my packages to the wrong address 5 times in a row! Last time they ruined a $150 perishable order! This time it was a $200 order! FedEx is evidently down for the holidays!

Cannot speak to a live person, it's very aggravating. You guy's keep delaying my package and I cannot find out why.

My orders, I did not receive the order from UnaAllaVolta at my scedualed time either. I am told this item is under investigation. I did call UNA ALLA VOLTA, BECAUSE your Representative told me to call them to fill out a claim and send it to Fed Ex, so they could refund my money. She also told me on the phone that the package was in Ohio. I don't know what to think anymore. Lora J Byerley

Express priority shipment not yet delivered since 2 days. Same address they delivered previously but now giving reason as Address incorrect. Customer Care dont give any reason. Tracking still showing to be delivery date in past. It was supposed to be delivered on Saturday and today on Monday showing delivery date as last Saturday only. This is really disgusting bad service, after paying higher price, service is zero. Will think twice in future to use fedex.

You guys have know idea what you are doing. Denver co to Indiana and then to illinois. Why would you go thru illinois and then back.

Lots promises unless you pay premium forget all

For the 2nd time my package was not delivered to me it was somewhere else. The 1st time I got out and found it but this time I'm not going to look they have my address!!!!!!!!!

This is the second time FedEx has claimed to have delivered an order and nothing showed up at my house or my neighbors or anywhere else. Also, one order was lost, suddenly showed up, and someone had urinated on it. On this last missing order it shows delivery at 11:30 am and i was outside at that time. Its just disappointing.

I generously gave 1 star because there isn't an option for lower. A parcel for my address was left at the sign post at the end of my lane 1/4 mile from my home with a "sorry we missed you" door tag. In my opinion this is fraud.

Walmart tells you your package will arrive one day and fed ex never gets it there that day
