It is the worst parcel servilces. I will never use it anytime

They are not put my package at the door

They're doing the best they can with the overwhelming workload they have this time of year. People need to understand it isn't always just about them & their packages. Weather, volume, accidents, short staffed. They're doing an awesome job with all considered.

Why are you all over the map. You did not Have to go to San Antonio from Houston to deliver to the Harlingen area. You realize I will receive my package in 13 days.

I am not impressed, they phone early in the morning and want money for fees, after paying promise delivery the next day before 8 pm no package then talk to a agent and that they want a fee and money to help find out what happened. This makes fed ex a shake down company ? I will never be involved with this company again if I can help it.

My package was delayed 3 days they said it was going to be delivered on Monday and they did it on Sunday when I was not home and somebody took it off my porch and stole it so FedEx doesn't deliver on time they delay your packages and I think the people take it back

FedEx needs to go out of business. Going to have to go to Atlanta and shop Physical Stores.

My package was shipped from the Houston area. Sent on November 26 and today is December 7th. The package is still in Houston, Houston I am a 6 hour drive to my home it has been 10 day's. Turtle express, where is Paul Revere?

my adress is correct and fedex still says that my adress is not first they told me that the truck broke down and then says that they came to my house which is a big lie FEDEX STINKS THEY JUST DONT WANT TO DELIVER TO RESIDENCE THEY RATHER DELIVER TO FEDEX FACILITIES LIKE WALGREENS AND PRIVATE POST OFFICE THEY ARE NO GOOD AND THE COSTUMER SERVICE ALSO STINKS

Unfortunately after receiving a bad product and was directed to return via FedEx, I found out my local FedEx shipping center was also a print shop and they could not receiving it because it had batteries. I had to take it to a center 45 minutes away to ship. Just thought I would pass this on for others. The call center was very helpful and friendly.

Package has been delayed since 28 Nov, from NC to Orlando, FL. Why?

I do not understand why you leave the packages in another place that is not my house if for that I put my address so that they leave it there
