Waiting 2 months for 2 delivered . says Bell California got the information. Called calf. say I have to call shipper. shipper says its on its way. someone is not telling the truth. Ordered oct 13. shipped 18th.

Our home has two front porches. One covered one open. The fed ex driver constantly leaves packages on the uncovered porch. This morning I found a package soaked through because it had rained since the package was dropped. Have in the past asked drivers to PLEASE deliver to the covered porch.

slowly， no update for a week

Ordered a package from Walmart was supposed to be delivered on Dec 1st, package wasn't delivered. Package was then supposed to re delivered on the 2nd, still no package. So I put the package on hold. And now I have to wait until Monday to go and pick it up myself, and this isn't the first time I've had a problem with FedEx making a delivery.

The FedEx delivery driver was RUDE, and UNCARING about the package she delivered. She threw my package in front door. I guess she thought nobody was home, it was so loud I thought someone was slamming their door and when I looked and saw my order, I asked if the next time not to do that and she said she would think about it. I told her that I was going report her. Got back in my apartment and called Walmart with my complaint. I spend my money that I worked for and do not expect the product that I ordered to be abused by any hands that are paid to get it to me. It's really bad when a large company depends upon another company to deliver for them and the worker does not care about the handling of the product.

My shipment is a 2 piece shipment and only one piece has been delivered. I am waiting on the second piece however the information on the tracking system is not clear and does not tell me where my second piece is. Its ridiculous don't know why people use FedEx. Very unreliable. Where is my second piece

Refuse to leave packages to my house. Deliver them some place else. Probably to a friend. Took picture but NOT my house. Didn’t take picture of house number on purpose because didn’t deliver to my house! Offices closed. Can’t get human by phone! Driver refuses to deliver to my address!

It arrived at the center 3 days ago and still has not been delivered.

The delivery was early so I was really happy and the driver brought the box downstairs to my door. He was very kind and I was very grateful for his help.

Well some how my package is all the way in the hot springs mena is where I am .

Package never delivered. Was shipped 12/18. Said delivered 11/28. Sorry, not here!

They don't know how to leave clear information where to communicate my order was not delivered and it appears as delivered

You guys did not deliver my package to my door .. you are a horrible company and I made a police report .. I am also looking into a lawsuit
