Awful said would be here before 6pm on the 29th waited all day checked the tracking said until midnight waited up until 12.30 had a messaged saying they tried to deliver it at 1.29am but nobody home then tried at 9am this morning but nobody home now not a clue what's happing as nobody at the office is giving any answers ?

Some of the drivers just doesn't care. They leave delivery in the lobby. They don't come in the door. But they say they have attempted. But the building was closed. A apartment building closed??? Customer service is horrible. I'm not allowed to speak to the manager.

This is not good My envelope has been sitting in Stansted since 18th November 2022 when it should l been delivered on the 18th November 2022 it is now 29th November 2022 that’s Terrible I’m not very happy

Horrible, my package was all damaged and poorly treated, the box was destroyed and the item was damaged.

Refuse to leave packages at door. Leave on the edge of the porch right where they can be seen from the street. Just asking for porch bandits to steal them !!! Lazy Lazy Lazy. I've complained before, does NO GOOD ! Please advise your carriers that packages get stolen that way ! Sincerely a retired letter carrier from the USPS so I know what should be done !

There are 2 houses on the property and they NEVER deliver the packages to the correct one. Both houses have their VERY different numbers CLEARLY posted!!! So annoying because it's really not that hard

Get a door tag with no name and we live in a apartment building hundreds of people multiple packages coming and going and fedex everytime just leaves a tag with were to pick up. So nobody never knows who it's for. Step it up a bit fedex.

The package arrived in Hagerstown MD then they sent it to new castle DE. They they sent it back to Hagerstown MD. What the hell is that all about? No customer service.
