When delivery is attempted didn’t get any noctice no call no text messages no email about the delivery time and it’s annoying to see a notice that they try to delivery without even calling and texting about the delivery time so please next time try to give me a heads up of delivery time I’m really piste right now but don’t have the choice so I’m keeping it in my hear this is a second it’s happened

Fed Ex delivered one of my packages to a different location,atleast that's what my Fed Ex Case Worker,(Marie)said&it was was a$35 Deepfriar that I bought through Walmart&Marie@Fed ex said she would get ahold of me when that package was found&I never heard anymore about it&I was supposed to receive that one package on September the 7th of last month at 11:54 am,I never got it so I'm alittle nervous now because I'm to receive a dvd player today sent by Walmart&if I do not get it I'll follow thru with not only my refund from Fed Ex for the Deepfriar their driver lost that I was willing to"Waver", but i'll also fight for the DVD player refund as well if I eventually do not receive because I can tell already that something may not go well with this due package today from ooltewah so all I know it that it's either the driver keeping packages&running a booster Buisiness on the side or people are keeping¬ returning other people's packages.Have a nice day,I hope I get this package today.

2 weeks in transit from Illinois, to NC. Package said to have arrived in NC beginning of the 3rd week. 20 miles from my home. Been sitting there another week. Delivered dates changed multiple times until finally being told that there is no longer a delivery date available. Re ordered from the distributor a few days ago. The projected delivery date has changed 4 times in the past 3 days. Customer service and tracking are a joke. I fail to understand how Fed Ex contacts to refer to itself as a delivery agency. No attempts to fulfill obligations and zero concern for consumers. If I had a choice. I would have certainly had the distributor chose an alternate delivery service.
