the worst service and worst decision to make shipments... insufficient

Said they'd be her around 9am. It's now 1pm......got things to do .....guess not today

I made the report of a lost package and they agreed to solve it and to date I have not received any response, as it seems it does not matter to your customers

A simple parcel cannot be delivered in an established system is beyond comprehension , once the best company now , hugely disappointed !

TERRIBLE , worst ever , it’s been over a month and haven’t gotten my package.

I payed express price and it delayed 10days already. The package is delay forever.

Maybe, just maybe, FedEx can actually get my package to MY house, which has address on mailbox and 1 of 11 houses on our street. Usually end up at neighbors who has no address on mailbox. It’s not that fn hard with or without gps to find our house.

How can you mis deliver in this day and Time... I now report as stolen by driver and refuse to choose Fed ex Period!

Unfortunately for people with more intentions in this company, it makes it deliver the order and does not deliver and disappears with the package!

My parcel arrived on time, good service. I would recommend Fedex
