I’ve been waiting on a package to be delivered sense November 9th still nothing when I look it up it says waiting for package and the last update shows on November 9th it’s very upsetting

Where is my package!??? So delayed and I called you and can’t helped me , so what?!!!

Very poor service. Receiving e-mails without the company logo and asking me to confirm but I don’t know what confirming since it doesn’t say in the e-mail. Furthermore, the link inside this strange e-mail with non company name doesn’t work.

I've been waiting for my delivery since October 24th have not heard anything except that they're checking to see where my delivery is I would never buy anything from this company again I think it's coming from Great Britain but they should have told me that it was going to take this this length of time I wanted it for Thanksgiving but it doesn't seem like I'm going to get it for Thanksgiving it's our anniversary I could have went to local jewelry and bought me something instead of waiting for this this is not good this company does not tell their customers that their product comes from Great Britain..

left my package ? at the wrong address and said it was delivered but it was the wrong address and when I call to ask someone about it I could not understand what they were saying so when I ask for a supervisor I was told no and they hung up on me and everytime FedEx grounds delivery driver will stand on the sidewalk and throw our packages against the door and drive off so I thank they should knock on your door

Left my package in the middle of my driveway where anyone can see or take it about 12 feet from door

Left my package at my garage 200 feet away from my front door. Stated that it was left at my front door. Left it out in the rain got water damage. But anyone could have stopped and picked it up and I would have never known.

Where is my item I still have not received it ??

This company has thieves working with them. I had a package delivered from Jo's. A banks an it was open with an item removed from one of the individual packages inside the box replace the empty ripped bag back inside also the size 11 men shoes were tried on but didn't take them it must have been too big for them Also put back inside along with the other items and repackaged with a new shipping order ticket attached to a brown box not the original Jos.A bank shipping box with they're company logo. This was so petty and trifling. Who does that? I did report it to Jo's A banks customer service and have a replacement arriving today. Hope they don't take this one. Fedex is so poor with sending item people has paid for out of their hard working money. There shouldn't be any tampering with senders packages I hope this person loose their job and goes to jail because if this was done to me it has been done to others and for how long? You can't trust anybody now a days. Thieves of dens!! ?
