My usual driver puts my packages exactly where I requested him to place them, behind my porch column, keeps them out of site from the road. Always places them gently on my porch. I have a Ring Doorbell, I always know when someone is on my porch. Thanks FedEx for your Excellent Customer Services.

I’m very dissatisfied with your service. After paying so much my package never arrived on time and dhl charge was just a little more of half of what I paid you. I’ll use DHL next time. £104.89 was way too much for such slow service. I should be refunded half of my money.

Not the best at all I’ve never seen a package stay in the same spot 3 days in a row and on top of that with the gps tracker it says it’s in the middle of the road a couple blocks from my house and it still says that, I’m still waiting for my package to this day

You’re by far the worse. I make a point when I order online to ask for UPS. Actually, I would prefer the US Post Office and that is really sad.

Fed Ex left my package at a different location. Been waiting 9 days still no package. I called them this morning and they advised me to contact my merchant and file a lost package with them. First off fed ex you lost my package not me nor my merchant. Bad business not recommended

Great service and very fast delivery !!! I got my Segway in less than a week and we had to sign and they also scan the ID to make sure was given to the right buyer . Love it
