Paid for Saturday delivery on a crucial piece of work equipment, delivery wasn't attempted, no communication, no update on when it may arrive. Disgusting service

Delivery date changed from 11/7 to 11/9 to 11/11. Package was received 11/12 and box was totally demolished and had been taped crudely back together. The only breakable item inside was wrapped adequately in bubble wrap but was broken as if it had been smashed. Don't know what happened but fedex should be ashamed for leaving this package at my door. They should have to pay for the broken item, not the vendor from whom I bought it!

You are the slowest company ever, with nothing but delays.

You have to take a week off and stay home to receive a Fedex package.I do not recommend

How can a parcel take 36 hours to travel from central Germany to UK ,(very good) But 6 days and counting to travel 15 miles from depot to destination terrible service.

Sent many items through FedEx and half of them come broken, so frustrated with FedEx, DON'T bother using them!! Use another service if you don't want broken items.

Marked as delivered but nowhere in sight. No time scale given for delivery

Ridiculous , every day for 4 days it keeps saying expected delivery next day and everyday it says the same thing. Worst service ever

Fed Ex delivered my package to my driveway and left the package in the middle of my driveway while it was raining. Way to go Fed Ex. There are a lot of other delivery companies. So bad!!!!
