Don't even expect your package on time. Ordered a package for Chesapeake Va. to Jacksonville Fl. You would expect in to come straight to Jacksonville, Fl. Is by passes Jacksonville go to Orlando goes farther south to Pompano Beach and who knows from there it goes for there. Who the sam hell knows. Still waiting.................... Keep telling me my package will be delivered and keep going farther South. Called Customer Support and gave me a lame excuse about all the FedEx's in Jacksonville being full so my package keeps going. Great way to operate a company! I will never ever you EedEx. Soon as the company I order my order from going to let them know as well how FedEx operates.

You sure don’t update the tracking of packages, received no updates for 4 days and package is supposed to be delivered today. Package left California on May 31 at like 8:30 a.m. after that no updates on package!

Delivered a parcel to my home. Never sent notification, nor picture. Got my parcel stolen while i was not awared my parcel got deliver, poor delivery system. My Uber send more notifications

The service is so bad that after a couple of recent incidents, I now check with suppliers if they use Fedex before I place an order and avoid wherever possible. The Fedex Online "Tracking" information is inaccurate and confusing showing my latest delivery as in Brisbane and scheduled for today but an update now shows it back in Sydney where it landed from the UK. To make matters worse when I eventually get past add riddled pages to get a contact number to actually speak with a person I was told that the parcel was in Brisbane this morning but was not picked up by a driver as scheduled and could not give any reason. How are Fedex actually in business?
