I'm completely confused. Earlier this evening it said my package was in California. Two hours later I received an alert that it was in Ocala Florida and arrived an hour ago in Nashville. Who knows where my package is. I hope I receive it by the date promised.

FedEx is a scam company that I do not recommend to anyone

Fed Ex left my package on a public road verses coming into the driveway where the houses are.

My parcel is sposed to be deliver on 31st May at 5 pm but it is not deliver till now. It is still showing that it is in Calgary since 5 day.. Really bad ????

FedEx is the worst. PKG all over UT, then to NV, back to AZ, where I shipped it from. It is now in NV, it's destination is UT. It has had a tour of 3 states and no where near it's destination. So frustrated with FE, and nobody cares!

FedEx is unorganized and slow delivering packages. Don't ring doorbell so you can get package instead of porch pirates taking them.

I hate when I see a package is being delivered by fed- ex. I've had packages left at my front door (that does not have a covered porch, or a porch at all) that's not used and has an old over grown,with weeds, ramp leading up to it. By doing so I've had several packages messed up by rain. Filed a claim still to this day I have heard nothing back. It's been over a year. They have left packages at the end of our drive way because the driver thinks it's ok just to throw heavier packages out the truck. Guess he/ she thinks it's ok to leave then where they land instead of putting there where they won't get stolen or messed up. I have a huge dislike for fed-ex!!

Every time I order something for the past couple months it says in the tracking delay can't read label maybe FedEx needs to hire people that can fkn read my fedex orders are always late and say the same thing

They should KNOCK when they leave something!!!

They never buzz doors, they leave the paper slip and act as if nobody is home.

I don't know what's going on with FedEx but I tell you what I will not be using them anymore they're going to the dumps

Terrible service as always. We have a mailing zipcode 15009 and address zipcode 15052. Driver couldn't find us. My husband flagged him diwn. It was 2 tires and guy was looking for a box. Really! I yrued calling fedex and tried to access website they told me to put in manage delivery. Couldn't do it. This place fedex in zeilenople is always bad. I also asked to be called or text if delivery issue. With amazon you dont get a choice of 3rd party shippers. I wouldnt pick fedex for sure
