I came up on my driveway and saw, what looked like a sack of garbage in the middle of the road. I got out of my car and found my $250 Target order on the ground in the middle of a 1/4 mile long dirt driveway, the rain! I tried to insert a picture but it wouldn’t work on this.

Not helpful at all, saying delivery my package and I never received nothing and they give me the run around...call them number was always disconnected.

I was told that my package was delivered Oct. 15 . It might have been , but not to my house again. This is the second time that this has happened. I called Fed ex, told them , they gave me a case number and that's the last I've heard from anyone. That was 5 days ago, it seems that they can't handle the business that they are suppose to provide . The package that was lost (delivered) last time was delivered to the wrong address , The report said the driver had trouble trying to get the package to the porch because the dogs wouldn't leave him alone. Well guess what , I don't have any dogs ! Then suddenly 4 days later my package was left on the stairs of my porch secretly. I if had a choice, I would never again use FED EX !

Frequent delayed shipments, poor & inefficient routing, and find delivery is just left in my driveway!

I specify to bring the boxes (3 purchases wedding gifts) to put it in front of my door like you say in you web page .I carried to the third floor a couch , my wife a tv stand today and probably the bed frame tomorrow…Really bad service

Want to thank you for your service. We had a shipment sent out on Wednesday, and delivered on Thursday, which normally would take the USPS 7 days to deliver. Thank You for your service, will be shipping FedEx from know on.

Says my package was delivered this morning but that is a lie. The package did not get delivered.

In tracking service delivery time around 18:00. At 14:00 missed delivery. I'm working till 17:00 every day, office is closed at Saturday. How can I get my parcel now?
