4 to 10 days from Roseville to Colfax is not acceptable. If you can't deliver it timely don't accept the parcel.

Ongoing delays. Now I don't know where order is or if it can be delivered.

One star is way to much . Extremely bad service. Had a order from IL went to columbus OH then said I get delivery same day but order went to WVa and not to Cleveland should have gone to Grove City Ohio then to me. Don't believe in the delivery day FEDX tells you just add about a week.

My parcel has been sitting in clairmont barely 2 hrs away from me for 9 days now, I'm very unimpressed, will not be using fed ex again if I have a choice, pathetic

No idea what takes so long paid for 3 day and day 6 including the weekend. 2 days longer if it arrives yesterday. Why pay the extra if it doesn't come. Should have used USPS

Service is terrible. Get notice saying it will be delivered by end of day and it's usually two days later.

My FedEx 2day express has been on a truck for 3 days and still 3 states away from my address. FedEx NEVER meets delivery promises for which we have paid a premium.

My package was mailed from S.C. in September 10 and today is October 19 and it’s still in Orlando!!!! Totally unexceptionable!!!! WTH….
