Every time I get something sent via fedex it is at minimum a week later than it is scheduled. However everything sent from any other carrier is within 24 hours of scheduled date. I have now after several packages being lost or delayed for extended periods of time started refusing any and all fedex shipments to the point of not ordering things that only get shipped fedex and will now shop elsewhere for someone who offers a carrier other than fedex. Further more there customer service is horrendous god forbid someone call to check the status of a package that has been sitting in the same place for 10 days I give fedex 0 stars. But would not allow me to give no star so I gave them one just to post

The tracking is better than their customer service

Disgusting service. Meant to have a delivery last Thursday,but it didn't turn up. Then meant to be here yesterday, didn't arrive. And again today..... And not cheap either!!!!

Freaking out I had a prepaid insured overnight shipment for jewellers. It’s from Alberta to NY, NY and currently notified it’s delayed at clearance in Memphis ! This makes no sense

i give you 2 star because my items always delay., your service is bad., it’s 2nd time i experience it.

Excellent service…1901 Tamiami Trail, Sarasota FL. Staff helpful, knowledgeable & very pleasant. Delivery earlier than anticipated. I use this location for services all the time.

You never deliver packages when you say it’s always late today overnight takes a week always excuses

Worthless and absolutely no answers or help to any problem and any of many questions. If anything fedex costumer service and “help line” only made things worse. I understand it’s a crazy world, but a one of the leading shopping outfits on earth I expected way more from y’all. Should be ashamed and embarrassed of yourself. B- grade, bush league establishment.

Worst service ever paid for 2 day air, I've been watching it inch it's way across the states for a week.

I requested 3 medications be shipped to me from my local Walgreens on Oct. 12, 2021. As of today Oct.. 17, 2021, I have not received them. I am totally out of one of my prescriptions. I can't seem to find a human to talk to. I see on FedX my package is sitting in Spokane for the past 2 days!!! Where are my medications!!!

Two times in the last two months I have been ripped off by a seller who sell stuff through Amazon, and after I was unable to get help from the seller, I contacted Amazon for help and they refused to help me and said I needed to go through the seller... the reason the Amazon refused me is because FedEx told them that the package was signed for, But Not only was the package not delivered and or sign for, they showing the tracking map that the package was sent back down to Mississippi instead of staying in New York so they knew all about the problem and they still want to help me

October 15th, 2021. They put my package on the mail box. And someone stoled. Why delivery courier didn't bring to my house. It's not the first time. I am very disappointed with FedEx. Not responsible and very bad services.

Haha sometimes there not on time but I can’t blame them, economy isn’t dying :)
