Horrible service at Perrysburg location ?

We sent a door to door shipment (which was a gift for my mom, from Istanbul to Doha, they said it will arrive in 5 days, and it did from Istanbul to Doha, but never delivered to our home, it took 18 days to deliver to our home, and they let us pay for the warehouse storage in Doha, The worst part was after it arrived to Doha we were calling everyday for it, and they answer you should give us the ID WHICH WE DID OVER THAN 8 times over mail and whats app and messages, every day they were saying now we have the ID tomorrow you will receive the shipment, and it was all lies. I have all the messages and the names in both offices, Istanbul and Doha.

Deliveries have been brutal lately. My last 3 have not been delivered when they said. Maybe change your updates to in transit instead of giving a delivery date.

Been over a month , still haven't received package .

I have had several different delivery dates!! Still no package & nothing is updated !! Very Disappointed

Lousy service 2 days ago said it was out for delivery never came next set up the next day second day canceled due to intimate weather the weather was perfect now it's supposed to be here on the third day that's piss poor service if you ask me

Doesn't give enough information all it only shows is that it's been shipped and beginning location and would make better since to see all the stops and when it's going to be delivered.

This is the worst service ever my package never get to the address we were waiting for this and we paid a service for 24 hrs. Delivery next day since Wednesday we've been waiting and today Friday it suppose to be delivery but they never get to my address really bad service we never use this service anymore. You business should be out of this service not good international delivery. I put one start because I have to rate the service but my rate is cero don't even deserve one start.

Never on time PACKAGE not delivered but left on porch of neighbors
