Second time box, frozen meat, sits in Ocala FL. depot for 3 days so far. By the time I get it it will be thawed. Driver told me Ocala was the worst depot in the Country

Actually 1 is over rating, maybe a half. My package was supposed to be delivered 9/10 but it's now 9/12 and it's been sitting in Orion, MI for 72 hours untouched except to scan every 12 hours.

Ordered a package almost a month ago. Paid extra to get it here by a certain date. I still haven’t received my package and no one seems to know where it went.

Reliable and on time with reasonable rates I would recommend to others as the best ever. I've never been disappointed since 2011 I have been using Fedex

I dropped off my parcel on Aug 27, paid extra to have it in Edmonton and delivered within 2 days. it's September 11 and it's still in transit. NOT DELIVERED!! why do they ask for an address and phone number if they have no intention of using it? Never again will I send via FedEx.

We have had several packages delivered to our neighbor's house instead of ours, even though our house is visible from the road and our house number is on the mailbox AND on the front of the house. Today, I received an email that our order from Amazon had been delivered and left at the front door. No. It was at the neighbor's house and NOT at the front door. It had literally been thrown out onto their gravel driveway. The box was in pieces and so were the contents of our package. FedEx used to be good but has become absolutely horrible. Their drivers do not care about their deliveries, where they are dropped off nor what condition the package and merchandise are in. The drivers should have to pay for the damaged items when they're literally thrown out of their trucks!

Truck driver said i refused a package and he didn't even Come to my house

4th time in the last month fedex has said they delivered a package but no package has arrived. Fedex is the worst shipping company.

Can't hold a candle to UPS
