Amazing fast service

We live in Fair Oaks, CA, a suburb of Sacramento CA, and paid for Priority Delivery. Our package was shipped from Portland OR and delivered to the Sacramento Sorting Hub and then sent to Eureka CA. It absolutely makes no logistical common sense why FedEx shipped our package up to Eureka, which is over 300 miles away, when it was 15-minutes from our home neat Sacramento. Now our package is just sitting idea with no movement. And I needed the package for work Today, Friday 9/10/21. FedEx is just a horrible delivery service. Still waiting for delivery.

Very poor service they don’t let the person know about the parcel they don’t call .

Everytime I hv an order that goes thru Perrysburg it's a day or 2 late n I can't get a NY answers why

Notified appliance out for delivery. Never arrived today. 11:02 pm status still shows out for delivery. Waited all day so it would not sit outside. Very dissappointing.

I will NEVER USE FED EX AGAIN..SIGNED UP FOR THE TEXT MESSAGES..NO ALERT PACKAGE STUCK IN MEMPHIS..CRAZY

Should have had my package four days ago.

It just amazes me how efficient FedEx is. I don't understand how they accomplished getting packages to their destination that quickly it's amazing. Thanks y'all.

Doesn't take six working days for delivery from Chelmsford.

Half the time the packages are late... but with UPS they're never late...
