Fedex is one of the worst delivery companies ever, they lost 2 packages of mine in a 2 week period, and when i called they advice me to look around the building to see if i could find it, when driver swear he left it at my door. We check cameras and this never happened i had to make a police report an order to the seller to reimburse me.... I really don't know why sellers keep using this company!

Very easy to track see where your packages are in transit

So International priority takes 2 days to get from the USA to Birmingham, England less than 20 miles from my home. It then takes 8 days and 4 trips out for delivery and still it has not arrived. If this is priority I would hate to see the normal delivery speed. Shame you have to give at least 1 *

Disgusting service with making suggestions of writing a note to state I'm not in for everyone to see. I would never use again

Was told that we would receive this by 8 pm today 9/7/21 and our package is still in Lansing ?

Order overnight last week still not here 3rd time this has happened and it was medicine

My husband pay almost 80.00 dollars for a document over night on Friday September 3 2021 and I check now and the package going to be here Wednesday night that's not good because he paid for over night services and I need those papers fast that's why he paid over night and so mad with this situacion

I really wish there was 0 star rating that use to describe FedEx ?. I believe I they go forward like this service hopefully they will be close down

My package that had an expected delivery of August 25th has still not arrived it is September 6th. If I could give a zero star I would.

Consistently get messages saying my packages will be arriving and days and weeks go by and it is not delivered. I have also had notifications that package was delivered but we never received it. We have surveillance videos around our house which proves there was no delivery. When I dispute the claim I am told told that according to their records it was delivered. I am so sick of trying to explain to the grandkids that I am sorry but they are not getting what they have been waiting for.

Fed-Ex has to be one of the most dishonest shipping companies. For years getting packages from Fed-Ex their updated tracking info is never right. I can depend on UPS always but fed-ex who knows when it will arrive. Definitely not my choice of shipping

Expedited Parcel late by 3 days. Payed extra to have parcel delivered in 2 business days.

Never on-time. On non-guaranteed parcels they alway over promise and under deliver. Dont set an expectation you cant meet
