Package dumped by door with parcel box available. No calling card parcel ripped open

Quick and easy to track.

I needed a parcel delivered by September 6. Was informed that there wouldn’t be any weekend delivery and the 6th being a holiday it wouldn’t arrive until Tuesday the 7th. I opted for ground delivery since even express wouldn’t arrive till the Tuesday. I sent it on Friday the 3rd. Much to my surprise and delight it was delivered on Saturday the 4th. Thank you so much fedex. You will definitely get repeat business from me. See ya purolator

Why is the estimated delivery always in the past? One star because I couldn't give zero

A horse & buggy would have done better. Took 8 days to go 20 miles. Sent 8/23, today is 9/4 and still not there with an estimate of delivery on 9/7 - Detroit area to NYC. I think about 630 miles. It is a merchandise return and don't get my money back until it gets to the seller. Not a happy camper. Won't use FedEx again if I can avoid it.

I received a phone message that my package would be delivered before 5 pm on Thursday, Sept 6. I was home all day and at about 6:30 when it had not arrived I called the customer service line and was told that a delivery attempt was made at about 10:30 am on September 1 and that my package was being held at a fedex centre and that I was to go and pick it up. I was also told that if I wanted a second attempt I needed to contact the sender, which I did and was told no problem, but it was odd, because fedex was supposed to make 3 attempts before holding it at a centre. I have kept the voice mail message from fedex to prove that it was to be delivered on Thursday. This has inconvenienced me and the sender, I will not use fedex for any shipments, and will not recommend fedex to anyone.

Always been happy with service but they need to ring the doorbell when they leave the package so we know pkg is on the porch.

An absolute hopeless company Do not use

Terrible, claimed pkg delivered but i never received it. Either inept driver or a thief.

2different arrival dates this last time I was given where it is no arrival date?
