I just don't think the tracking app is up to date.

Unreliable tracking info and estimated date.

Useless delivery not made and customer services couldn't provide any. Rated 1 because there are no lower numbers available.

Suppose to get my package on August 25th 2021 I paid $22.22 extra fees for express delivery but nothing yet on the 27 ! :o(

You say you delivered my package, but when I went downstairs after working there was no package, nor a note to pick it up somewhere. You guys didn’t even call. I work from home, I would’ve picked up the phone.

Item should have taken 4-5 days has ended up 1 day shy of 2 weeks... Still waiting

I don't know why they don't have the option for no star, I have never ever had a flawless FedEx delivery, this last experience with them has been the worst. My package did get delivered, BUT NOT TO ME, when I had them open an investigation about the missing package they did and was very nice about it and reassured me they where investigating the matter. But no return calls , no package, and I got a text message stating if I didn't hear from them by a certain date to contact the seller of my package and get them to handle the situation, FedEx please know that if I am in need of something on this planet, I will walk backwards barefoot and go get it, before I would ever think of employing FedEx.. never thought that a carrier could be worse then USPS but FedEx saw a challenge and had someone hold their beer.

They're slow as snails and not consistent I've had lots of packages that have gone through Humboldt and they're all the same

Fedex is really going downhill. Is it because of labor shortages? I haven't a clue, but deliveries on 2-day shipments are running 1 to 2 days late and the routes they take are hilarious! I sure hope the shippers are getting reduced pricing!

Probably my worst ever delivery experience

I payed $20 for express delivery ti get my package in 24-48h for my girlfriend’s birthday. It’s been 1 week and the package is not even in the delivery yet. 1 star is very generous

My parcel has been showing in the same location for over a week. The other has gone miles away but was a suburb away. Dreadful service.
