Incredible reliable service!!!

Can even track a parcel.

Seems like the delivery driver didn't want to deliver my package as they didn't knock or ring the door bell and left the "sorry we missed you" note on the other side of the door

Worst tracking and delivery

I’m not sure what the point of paying for delivery is when every time I have to drive 15-30 minutes to pick up my parcel. Yes I live in a condo. No, most places that you order from don’t have room for a buzzer number. Yeah, when you check the menu on my buildings buzzers mine is literally the first one that pops up. Absolutely no other company has issues delivering to me.

A very unprofessional courier service. No communication, late delivery or no delivery at all. One has to chase their shipment to their head office

Did not pick up on Friday between 8 an 6pm as promised. I waited. Did not pick up on Monday before noon as promised. I waited. Had to drive it to a pickup location. Delivery date now says three weeks from now.

Delivery takes longer than usps. Ridiculous. Mh package at my town for two days already and still can't be delivered. Shame

Great service and expedient delivery.

It's been almost 4 weeks since my parcel was sent. Now they are saying another week. So I tried to get a response using their 'chat' which cost me $2 and nobody responded. Not good enough.

Courier letter to go from Canada to Germany: It took two days to go to Cologne/Germany and sits now in Cologne for 10 days without being delivered. Still no answer or end in sight. I am very upset!

Ordered my medication that I’ve been ordering for the last 5 years. It normally takes one day to arrive although a couple times it took two. I’ve been waiting a week now. Sure wish they hadn’t switched from USPS. FedEx….

Why have my package been in Birmingham since Friday and still there this morning

It’s continuously delayed! I’m still get to receive my parcel and there is no further updates, where on earth is my parcel! This is ridiculous.
