Aweful service . Lost my legal documents, for sale on our condo. Managers not helpful. Never again

It shows my parcel is at Enfield, Matraville and Adelaide at the same time and Adelaide is whole different state

I'm not happy. Three times I was notified of a delivery date and nothing. Just got another one!

So far it's a whole day late, and who knows when I'll get it

i am very disappointed in my package tracking. i order this item on 8/13 and it has yet to arrive. it’s from new york so i expected it to take a little longer. but not only is it taking forever but there has been a delay in my package shipping and also it is giving me no updates on where my package is. very upset with this.

Only received 3 of the 4 parts to my delivery, and cannot get hold of anyone to deal with this and advise what to do. Shocking service.

They claim extra charge of huge ammount where i was pay all taxes and shipping charge

Poor communication and bad customer service

Ridiculous. POD doesn’t even show the address it was delivered to. The weight of the package was clearly not the item we ordered.

They said they dropped my package at the front door. I have security cameras, no one left a package.

Excellent system for parcel delivery

They will give you the run around can’t find your package. The fedex in Perrysburg oh on j street. You go up there and try to pick up package you have to call a number never picks up I drove 30 minutes and still didn’t receive my package. The attempted to deliver my package to me on 8/18/21 I wasn’t home. I called they said it will be delivered 8/19/21 I took off work no one never showed up. I call spoke with a manager she said she was going to locate my package and let them know I will pick up. She would call me back she never did. I called back spoke with someone said they will have a manager call me never did. I called back a guy who said he was manager told me to pick up my package I drove 30 minutes and had to call a number and no one picked up the security people couldn’t even help. My package is supposed to be held. I call 8/21/21 they have it out on a truck for delivery smdh it was suppose to be held. I told the lady on the phone to just tell them to leave it at the door. Don’t take my package with them if im not at home. I don’t like fedex

Package are reported delivered when they are not delivered yet

They didn't even knock. Left a note and didn't leave any info on the slip. Worst service ever. Garbage company. Should have MUCH higher standards.
