I only received 2 of 4 tire’s and I called and no one has called my husband back about this

Never in time and parcels stolen by drivers often!!

I ordered stack Masters and they were in Connecticut I mean Alabama they done a great job it was here in less than 5 days might be 6 at the most awesome job delivering it and I ordered stack Masters and it was like Christmas opening up that and I had all gana goodies 15 on a free bonus added in it is lovely is granite stick free stack Masters they're beautiful look them up I got the big size and the mini if you don't want to have to cook a lot you got little bitty pots and pans little bitty was the nurse so sweet I love them already I've used them thank you for sharing

Tracking information keeps changing from expected delivery back to Pending, now on truck out for delivery. Shipped April 9, 2021. What is up?

I was told that my delivery date was on a Friday, between 12-7 and it never showed up. When I called, a guy told me that it was scheduled for Monday instead but I was never told that it changed. I had family drive 4 hours round trip to go to my house and wait for the delivery so they could move it to the back patio for me because I had to work. But it never showed up. It's too heavy for me to move on my own and now I won't have anyone to help me move it for 2 more weeks. I got an email on Monday saying that there was nothing they could do, they wouldn't change the delivery date for 2 weeks out when I would have people around to help move it, and they wouldn't change the delivery type from curbside to bringing it to my back patio. So now I have to figure out how to move a 120lb couch from the curb all the way to my back patio, by myself. Or let it sit in my driveway for 2 weeks where any passersby could take it. I thought scheduling it on the phone with an actual human would make it so miscommunications like this don't happen. But apparently not.

Package arrived on time .no problems at all.

Tracking said it was out for delivery the Sunday. I changed my plans and waited home all day and it never showed up. Now it says the scheduled day is 3 days from now. Totally ridiculous. It's already in town and they're going to wait 3 days to deliver it after telling me it was supposed to be delivered today? Never again would I use FedEx

Always delay.. why not knock on the door or push the bell.. troublesome.

Do you want to the only problem is when they arrive in Bolivia and the company sheriff charges you like another $40 to pick up your package I don’t know how legal that is but that I have been that you’re the best

You give me a shipping day of the 18th it's not here that means you lie about your shipping date not acceptable I expect a check in the mail or something

Packages get destroyed, undeliverable, very late and even gets delivered to another resident across the country without customer support help to recover my lost items! I have stopped many orders just because they ship fed-ex and can’t be trusted to be delivered. So upsetting as I once again order from a company and realize fed ex delivered a mattress in Sacramento California but needed to ship it to New Orleans Louisiana?!? Close ship so Usps can keep in business instead of your lazy, crazy fed ex drivers that speed down driveways, lose packages and can’t read! And don’t even try to call their support! It’s a waste of your time, they lose your package you end up paying for their mistakes! Fed ex has 2 stars? I’m giving them a year to 1 and another one to close their doors as a shipping service!
