Since December and then today again. The fed ex driver has thrown my big packages onto my front porch., then ran as fast as he could to his truck and speeds away so you cannot confront him like a little coward.

It's a good experience with FedEx.Appreciated.

Lost packages. Don't even try to deliver to the right place. Worst delivery driver. Had to give one star because it wouldn't let me post. But I dont think they deserve any.

Drivers don't ring door bell they tap on the door like a bird lies poor service

Ordered Christmas gift for mom on Dec 5th. According to tracking, pkg arrived in Philadelphia FedEx Dec 21st and is still there as of today...Jan 6th... UNACCEPTABLE

Horrible. For a shippment from Kolkatta to sydney the parcel goesvto Delgi, then China and now stuck in Singapore for 3 days with no signs of leaving Singapore. They promise 7 day-delivery. Charges are exorbitant for a useless service.
