My packages have always arrived ahead of schedule.

Package in concord NC on Friday Jan. 1, 100 miles from Greenville SC. Where is package?this is Jan.4.

Sing the more packages disappear with your service I did not receive my package, and it clearly says it was delivered December 31 when it was not. I did not receive my package. I believe you should rethink the people you are hiring. Or pay more money for better people

Never again Fedex why does this go around the world to go from Thailand to Australia

Package came early and service was phenomenal!

My presents to my grandchildren arrived on time and everything was in great condition.

Unbelievable: on December 8th, I shipped 2 packages by FedEx from Toronto, Canada. The first was to reach Vancouver on December 11. It remained in Toronto until December 22 and was delivered on December 23. In a worse situation, a second identical package was shipped at the same time on December 8. I paid international priority rate of $454 for delivery in Barbados on December 10. The package arrived in Barbados on December 11, then remained in the airport customs until December 29, when it was finally cleared and delivered, along with a customs fee of $272. I called the Customs unit at the airport myself and was told that FedEx employees had not cleared goods for several weeks. I ship such packages by FedEx every Christmas. However, this is the last time that I will ever use FedEx for anything.

My delivery was supposed to be to my house not your pick up site!!!! How do I get you people to now deliver to my house!!!!!

This is ridiculous i get it. It was Christmas time but it’s three days after Christmas and my package still hasn’t been delivered and it was supposed to be delivered on the 17th of this month. What’s going on ??

FedEx is a very professional customer service lousy just terrible you might as well stick to what you know the United States Post Office which is not good but it's much better than this horrible horrible horrible company.......

Bad service in over night service , it's been almost 7 days and I still don't get my mail

received multiple messages package was delivered...no package on porch or mailbox. Customer service said for me to reach out to the vendor that shipped it? I received 3 messages from FedEx all of them were different one said delivered next one said delayed last one said in route?

Fedex is unreliable. Completely abysmal. Worse than USPS which is a disaster.

Haven't received my package since I ordered 12/17 ??? Why they holding my packages
