Zero stars are too much, says package was delivered to apt building office. Package was addressed to a dingle dwelling street address. Asked them to call driver in this small town and have been givin the run around. So pissed.!

For three days I have been promised delivery of a much-needed item today, Friday, June 12. Just now, at 4:50 PM, I am told this item is still in British Columbia and will not arrive here in Ontario until next Wednesday. This is a bed that I’m waiting for—so, too bad, I just sleep on the floor for another week? The very least I need is a TRUE estimate to be prepared for the worst case. If it arrives early? Great. But expecting it and not getting it like this? Really terrible customer service.

When you need to send international Fed-Ex is there for you during the Corona Pandamic. On the website you can add your tracking number and watch the package as it goes from point of destination to point of arrival destination. Got to love it.

My package has been stuck at the Buffalo border since May 27th and considered "delivered" although it hasnt arrived at its final destination in Canada yet. No one can tell me where my package is or when it will arrive because FedEx doesnt record the tracking number of the second carrier service that handles the final delivery. No one takes responsibility, no cross referencing to ensure delivery of merchandise. No one calls or emails you an update, although they promise to do so. In the meantime, I've paid already, and have nothing to show for it after originally placing my order 4 weeks ago. Very poor customer service...all talk, no follow through!

I own a business in Truckee, California. We have reopened out store after being closed for 3 months to support the health and wellbeing of our community, our staff and our country. We have a policy now, following the recommendation of health experts, requiring anyone entering our store wash their hands, wear a mask and social distance at least 6 feet. We have received two deliveries from FedEx. Both drivers were unwilling to put on a mask once that entered without a mask nor did they social distance. The entrance is clearly signed that delivery people must wear a mask to enter. One driver responded to being ask to put on a mask by reaching in his pocket and pulling up a mask and then shoving it back in his pocket. He turned to our sales associate and said rudely, "do you want your packages or not". He finally put on the mask when I intervened. The driver today unloaded several packages and said when asked to put on a mask, "I have no mask". All in all, the drivers were rude and unwilling to comply with what was asked of them as a customer. Due to the lack of respect from your drivers, we will specify on all future orders from our vendors that they ship UPS ONLY! The UPS drivers have responded positively to our requests to wear a mask and are respectful of the concerns of their customer. Step up Fedex. You can do better than allow a culture of disregard and disrespect for your customers COVID concerns.
