2 days in a row missing my delivery. FedEx is the only Freight that isn't able to deliver package at my location.

Package was due yesterday!! Can not seem to be able to track. States delayed. Needed item at this time. I have never had trouble tracking any packages before. Did they change?

0 stars. Have not received a package on the date promised.

Customer service worse that I have ever experienced. Out for delivery 4 days and never gets here and I can’t get an answer.

my first time sending package from Dubai to Nigeria since may 11,still not received,I really hate patronizing your company ,and i regret using your company, I cant stop crying goods worth of half a million so bad

Literally watched from my front window as the delivery guy pull led into my driveway and immediately leave then moments later I check the tracking and it says “delivery exception” I was home all day and expecting this important package, FedEx has to be the worst parcel company I have ever had stuff shipped with, Purolator or Canada Post is a better option. At least they ACTUALLY attempt to deliver the parcel.
