I have been on hold for 40 minutes and counting, the carrier wrote on the door tag that delivery attempt was made at 11:50am at the business I manage. The tag was left after 4pm so clearly it wasn’t attempted to be delivered at the written time because I was in the store. Now when I try to set up re-delivery I can’t get a human on the phone and the automated system says they don’t have information for this door tag. I am super frustrated as I need this package to re-open my store after being closed for months, and the re-delivery date is for the day I am supposed to re-open. Super frustrated. FedEx do better. The company I work for spends a lot of money using your service and having to spend an hour on the phone to attempt to speak to someone is unacceptable. I’m STILL on hold as I write this.

I had never had a problem with FedEx but recently my order should of taken 3 days it's city in my local office I am on my 15 day of the original deliver date and it's still sitting at the local office ugh!!!

Is been 6 working days on a 2 day shipping guarantee. I'd put a negative figure but it's not available. Still not received

Only 2of 3 boxes delivered and driver didn't speak about it just left them outside the door.

Sent on overnight air from NY to Blaine Washington on a Thursday. Somehow despite clear shipping instructions it went out on ground. The shipment sat for 4 days in Oregon, then finally was delivered in a week, rather than next day. This negatively affected the job that the tool was needed for.

FedEx said my package was delivered to my house yesterday and it was not.

Hard to track package. Could not give estimated delivery date. Does not deliver on weekends.

Cannot reach the company to follow up on undelivered package. Tracking number shows the package was in transit 26 days ago but was never delivered. Please help track this package!
