they do not deliver on time and also do not respond for the orders that they deliver badly or such they never deliver it

Their tracking is useless you could be busy sleeping or bathroom how do you know what time to expect the courier

My extremely important Parcel was delivered to wrong address. Covid19 no signature required but unlike DHL, FedEx doesn't even stop for visual contact. Called regarding my parcel was told "driver did his job". Great. What else was he going to say? I spent thousands of dollars on urgent orders to replace the lost parcel. A few days later an elderly lady delivered my parcel to my door. Had been to wrong address all along even though FEDEX kept saying it was "you word against the driver. I've been working relentlessly to get my suppliers to switch away from FEDEX.

Been in all the time , tracking says delivered, no proof of delivery, photo etc. Phone number left on parcel not called , delivered to the completely wrong address, and no one knows where it is , apparently was given to someone who said yeah that mine , without even asking for a name off the parcel .

I paid for express delivery may 20th for the amount of 24.95! After taking off a whole day may 27th, a week later!! But they promised to deliver on the 27th by 8pm , I receive a email from fedex tracking and it said that they attempted to deliver but nobody was home. I sat there all day!!! So I got on the phone and called and called and called finally after wait a hour I got ahold of a supervisor that said she pinged the driver and would have him re-deliver it. So I wait and wait and wait, no show , no call or anything. I call them back and I was informed that the driver was already headed back to the hub for the night and I would have to wait until the 28th!!! Then the guy hung up on me. So here it is the 28th @3:34 pm and no fedex yet!! I not only need my money back for express delivery but I will NEVER use fedex again for my business and I will let anybody and everybody I come in contact with about my experience . I will pay extra for ups . Fedex suck!!

Two time already first time my stuff go back to the store and cancel second time more the one week in Newark if the address is ok other fed ex ok
