We received a package today and the box was so destroyed that it had packing tape all over it and still had a gaping hole. The product inside was broken unfortunately. Fed ex primary job is to deliver products. What good is it to have a company destroy the products it’s delivering? Is this a reputable company and one of quality? Maybe ask yourselves would you feel like fedex cares for your things, after today my answer is , hell no!

I have received horrible service from the representatives in customer service to the delivery drivers! My Delivery always goes to wrong address and then the package is claimed to be lost But says delivered every single time maybe Fed Ex should have their drivers take photos like amazon prime drivers have to when delivery is complete! Wish you all cared a little more as if it were your own package being handled. Sincerely, A Very Unsatisfied Customer

I had two electric scooters shipped from NYC to Jackson,MS and when I opened the box, they were in horrible shape. The mph screen on one of them was cracked, scuff marks everywhere! We’d bought the scooters brand new but once we put them in fedex hands, they looked like we’d had them for years! We bought their insurance, filed a claim almost two weeks ago and still have not heard a thing from them. FedEx is the WORST SHIPPING COMPANY EVER!
