Worst customer services being given now by fed ex

Always late. Lousy

Literally watched from my front window as the delivery guy pull led into my driveway and immediately leave then moments later I check the tracking and it says “delivery exception” I was home all day and expecting this important package, FedEx has to be the worst parcel company I have ever had stuff shipped with, Purolator or Canada Post is a better option. At least they ACTUALLY attempt to deliver the parcel.

Bad Service placed order May 17 Supposed to be Delivered June 2..they lost pkg sent to Winston Salem .. Its CLEARLY LABELED GREENSBORO...AS OF TODAY JUNE 2 STILL DONT HAVE PKG THAT WAS SCHEDULED TO BE DELIVERED NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHERE PKG IS CANT GET ANYONE ON PHONE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

So slow , it has been three weeks now and my package is still not received, I have other packages delivered from farther away and I received them.

It sux today is the 2nd of june and only shows tracking up to may the 29th that's why it SUX

Unreliable, parcel not delivered,lied they did and yet nobody is getting intouch after several attempts contacting them.No explanation.

Terrible service! Dropped my mattress at a parcel without leaving a code to get into locker. Now I have to wait additional 24-48hrs just to get a call back to see if they can track driver. Hopefully he remembers the code he input.

Twice in three days the driver delivered a package to the wrong address. The first time our order was left at house a street away. I was on the phone holding for an hour when the person on next street brought the item to us. The second time a package for our next door neighbor was delivered to us. The house numbers are clearly shown.

Placed an order in May , received shipping notification on May 21st as being shipped. June first's tracking information it's still sitting in " Bloomfield CA " FedEx used to be a reputable company. One to count on, now if I had a choice I'd choose several others before shipping with FedEx. Sad to see such a good company fall to employees who don't care or have the work ethic to do a job worth doing. I no longer have a shipping account with you and will offer other forms of shipping to anyone asking.

Y’all take my package in wrong address never delivered.
