I received an email with tracking numbers 2 weeks ago. They appeared to have disappeared. My attempts to track online go nowhere and I can’t seem to get a live person to help. Not impressed. I’ll stick with Canada Post.

A parcel was sent from Lagos Nigeria for over two weeks now I am yet to receive the pparcel.The tracking records shows the parcel is still in Lagos after 2weeks. This is the second time I am experiencing this with FedEx.

The Tracy CA FedEx is a bottomless pit. Whatever goes in it, comes out like a week later.

FedEx don’t deliver on stated day and time.

Always delivered on time. Never had a problem.

Why does my package have to go all over America, before it gets to me.

My delivery date had changed 3 times! And it hasn’t left Ohio! It told me it was going to be delivered today and nothing...... same thing has happened for the past 3 days

Package still not delivered. They kept displaying dates for delivery. They have my city as Hampton. My city is Norfolk.

They are awful. I paid extra for expedited package delivery and FedEx continually changed my delivery date. Took longer to deliver than it should have.

Your tracking is terrible. You need to check how UPS can track their packages. You can see exactly ehere the package is. I have never received a package by the date you list. Not my choice of delivery.

Months and no information where package is

I’ll get my package although late. It’s simple UPS is just better at it than Fed Ex. When I order something and see the supplier is using Fed Ex my expectation are immediately lowered that a promise date will be kept!
