Then I will be forced to sue FedEx and I will not stop until FedEx is out of business

I shipped a package April 25, 2020 to 2590 S County Road 525 East North Vernon, IN 47265. Tracking number was 392235573292. I was advised that the package would be delivered April 28. I began tracking the package April 28, but for over a week it said it was still in transit. I finally went to the FedEx store around May 8, and was advised it had been lost, and to file a claim. I did. Two days later they told me it had been delivered April 28. I don’t believe the package was ever delivered. I believe it was lost or delivered to the wrong address. I would like to discuss this by phone from someone at FedEx. My phone number is 317 478 2076. Thank you very much.

Send a parcel to Colombo Sri Lanka. Supposed to be delivered on 26th May 20. Parcel is still in transit at Delhi on 27th May 20. This is a product sample for the buyers. Buyers are waiting for sample product for 5 days. If FedEx cannot deliver on time they should have the courtesy to inform the sender. Disappointed service.

Is seeing big problems in FedEx out sourcing of their deliveries. As some of their delivery vendors are not professional, they just simply reject or cancel client goods without deliver. And lie that is receiving parties refuse to receive orders. In fact, actual cases are delivery guys do not want to Q up for delivery and cancel the job themselves. Bad altitude, these group of delivery vendors under FedEx should be given warnings or removed. In order to gain back customer trust by FedEx. Pls look into in seriously.

Delivery are the worst I’ve experience personally I wouldn’t use them! For now on when ordering online I will be inquiring who they use for delivery if their feed back come back as FedEx I will not make the purchase.
