package was ordered a month and a half ago, says itll arrive today and still no sign of it

Expected delivery was 1 week ago. Finally located package and arranged pick up at the Old Oak Ridge Rd Greensboro office. I was treated SO rudely at that office, was told that my husband was lying about being told that the package was at that facility. The treatment of myself and another customer at that facility was the equivalent of being lashed out at by a prison guard. Fed Ex still isn’t able to give an exact location of the package. It was supposed to be delivered to the Asheboro office LAST Thursday. Not only has Fed Ex failed to deliver the package, but NO human should be treated into the manner myself and another customer were treated in the Greensboro office.

I remember when Fedex first started. It was so reliable. It’s really not anymore. Big delays (“weather” one time when rain was used and I looked up the weather map and it had rained four days before). I’ve had things delivered to wrong addresses and right now I’m waiting for something in Mexico that was supposed to be here now and on the Fedex map is in limbo. It just kind of stopped updating. I wish this was the exception, but it’s more the rule (way before the pandemic). And even when you pay for next morning delivery and the package gets delayed, they still charge the same amount.

I understand covid19. I've been waiting on a part that was held due to it. When I finally receive this very light weight package the driver thru it from the street. Luckily I was home and able to retrieve it. There's a high wind advisory that could have resulted in the loss of the part I've waited over 2 Saturday's ago. I had instructions posted to leave inside door, mailbox or garage if not home. I was he didn't check.

I use FedEx anytime I'm due to receive a package, there wonderful always on time, they deliver packages late if need be. They totally work for the customer to make sure there satisfied with the delivery! Each and every FedEx worker I've came in contact with was polite,.

No one knows when FedEx truck will be here waited 2 hours never showed up.cant tell me nothing totally blinded when and where they will be.iworked 3 to 11pm no one can call me to tell me they are here, I have to sign for the package.

They said my parcel had an “incorrect address” funny as my credit card was needed to confirm my address. What kind of service is this? Appalling.
