I had payed extra for my package to arrive in 2 days. It now says that it will be arriving in 6 days. This is not acceptable.

Packages are left leaning on the mail box down the street and not delivered to the house.

Packages always in poor shape when delivered and always late I have a package that has said out for delivery for 3 week still a no show

Not good.Im in a secured building & Fed ex never rang my intercom for my apt when delivered or came to my door or even the office & now it was stolen . They've done this to me 4 times now

My parcel tracking said it was delivered but I was by my front door in my living room all day and it certainly wasn’t. Not sure if the fed ex guy kept my lulu’s for his wife or if they’re just stupid.

Did not receive all my stuff and the send me a bill of 14.01$. Not to happy with that.

Quick and efficient Helpful staff with good manners

Have been watching for my package for it to say 2 times no attempt to deliver. Then monday april 6 said out for delivery again no package. Calling bath and body works for a refund it's been 14 days with nothing

Usually leaves busted, damaged package on porch and doesn't knock. When I file a complaint they say someone will call within 5 days. In three days I receive letter saying contact sender. Other alternatives are few.
