Worst service that anyone could use . My package was to be delivered yesterday still nothing try contacting customer service and all I get is automated answering. Never again will I use them again .

Very poor service. The parcel booked my son on 17/01/2020 to UK has not yet delivered to my daughter. The package number is 779724192621

The worse service in the world. Package was received at a hub 3 miles from my home and then sent about 300 miles away to Washington. New delivery date changed to Monday. By checking tracking number today, it shows package was delivered yesterday. No package. Last week my downstairs package from FedEx was delivered to me. Fortunately I'm friends with them. If you can avoid using FedEx do so.

The one star was the only thing a could put wish I did not have to put the one star. After having not so good encountered with two of their employees. When I setup a pickup request a week early & the driver drives into my neighborhood and does not knock on the drive to pickup the package. That is very unprofessional! Then I was speaker with someone that should know how to speak with customers due to the error on their driver, the representative wanted me to leave a package out in plain sight where it could possibly get pickup by someone other then the company. I frown upon unprofessionalism, you do not represent the company that you work for by making the customer unhappy. FEDEX may need to to retrain their employees on how to correct situations better than that!

My son from canada sent a parcel No.779724192621 to my daughter to uk on 17/01/2020 but it still not reached its destination though you promised it would reach before 22/01/2020. What is the use of your courier when it is not reached in time. Look into the matter and do your work promptly

The worst service I'm waiting a package for more of 13 days. Was a express service , the package is on the facilities on colon, queretaro mexico , I call many times for some reason do not want to delivery .... I expect some help about it.
