You guys said you tried to deliver my package, which was a Lie. You also didn't leave a note or door hanger. It's no wonder you have a 2 star rating. I and my family will NEVER use Fedex again EVER!!!!!!!!

Information about delivery is not given when tracking number is entered. Very poor customer service. Web site is difficult to access. You have the tracking number, just send the information about where the package is.

They deliver where ups will not

Delivery instructions stated to deliver to the front porch. Instead the driver opted to place in on the mailbox in the street where everyone can see. Lucky it did not get stolen. I have pictures to prove it

North Carolina to where I live is only a 3-hour drive, yet it takes them 2 weeks to get my package here please.
