Don't ever deliver packages to the right address..

Stink! Had to make two separate trips to Fedex Chicopee location to pickup to packages that were supposed to be delivered to my house.

Never got a call or text saying it was delivered or a posted note or something to say that they were here now i will never get my package or my money the person I spoke to at the company spelled my name and address wrong and the company doesn't answer my phone calls only my text

Really, I mean really fast delivery. Got a package today I didn't expect until next week

The worst! They delivered a package to an address in a neighboring town when there was a P.O. Box number on the package. The slip left at another address, said business was closed: we were seeing patients all day never heard a knock and the parking lot had cars in it. Called the local fed ex because the delivery person covered up all contact information with the not delivered slip- they transferred me to another country and could not understand the person- all she said was I’m not there. Second attempt again coveted the contact information. I have waited for this package for almost a month now. The company I ordered from had reacted just as incompetently, with no sense of responsibility.

Hopeless. Got a delivery. Not in left card. Numbers on card not recognised. Phone numbers on web site not recognised. Have given up!
