Did not receive my package, yet it is listed as delivered. Should be really 0 stars...

They lost my package and putting no effort into finding it

My wife was in and because she is paraplegic I have installed ring doorbell so she can unlock the door using an app However the driver just knocked on the door so she never knew he was there. What’s a fxxkxxg door bell for ??????? Grrrrrrr

Great service and delivery!

Terrible customer service. All US calls are outdoursed and no.one on the FedEx end id English proficient. Delivery personell are inconsistent and dont work with customers. Poor customer services on all spectrum.

Had to take a day off work because there was no eta at all.

Absolutely useless hate it

I watched my package go across 3 states to end up where it already had been 2 days before. All I got from customer service was B'S. Would carry it there myself before using FedEx.

Medline shipped my order of diapers. FedEx supposedly delivered it on 1/21/20... I did not receive the order.

Of all couriers Fedex gives some reliability.

Ordered a item Jan 4. Still NO package. Checked when store shipped/ had FedEx picked up Jan 5 . Have tracking number and try to track it. No luck... FedEx really stinks .

Terrible. Paid for 4 day shipping, 49 bucks usd, which is actually 7 days shipping and a waste of money because I paid extra for shipping to get item before a trip. Literally despise having to use your company.
