Always late. Never on time. Pay for expedited delivery just to get package on time and it's a no show. Horrible.

Worst delivery service. Disabled so ask drivers to ring door bell wait for me to open the garage. Last delivery was on my sidewalk not even to my front stoop. Delivery I asked them to put in the garage, they did but right behind my car preventing the door from closing. Scariest was that the driver had a trainee with him! If I could give you zero stars I would.

My package was mailed on the 17th I still don't have it .I'm up set

Dropped off in Belleville yesterday afternoon and it was delivered at 9 today!

Recieved a call last night that i was suppose to get my package today and that someone had to sign for it. I stayed home all day til 8pm. Since they said it would be arriving before 8pm. And it never came today at all. There wasnt even a slip so i know i didnt miss it or anything. So super annoyed!!!

Worst service I have ever experienced in over 20 years doing business with Fedex!

My package has not been delivered or returned. I'm very disappointed. Most of all I can't get any answers from customer service. Wish I'd used UPS

I think FedX is the most unreliable carrier on the planet. They’ve told three days in a row that my package will be delivered that evening. I still waiting.

I find Fed ex ground to be slow. I mailed a package on the 13 of December. The recipient never picked it up and my package has not been returned. It's been over a month and I have been emailing and calling and I still dont have my package back.

Staff in Customer Service and Customs Clearance are quite good in terms of service 4/5 stars. Delivery chain is abysmal, 1st parcel a total loss allegedly due to a bumpy plane flight to Memphis. 2nd parcel delivered with 1/4 smashed, looking at the box it appears to have been hit at high speed to perhaps dropped from some height. Not a good carrier for small business or samples.

Packages always arrive on time, and in good condition.

Unpredictable schedules. Bad service.

FedEx ebay message stating parcel delivered to "address other than recipient " however no advice as to what that address was. No advice note was posted. I now have no idea where the parcel is. Never had a problem like this before. Simply appalling service.
